WHEN WILL MY ORDE SHIP? HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?
All orders placed before 12:30PM EST. ships within one business day. Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S Ground Advantage.
Delivery time is between 2-5 business days. Cost of shipping on all orders is $6.95 A tracking number is automatically sent out for customers within the USA.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the USPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package.
We cannot change the address of a package once the order is submitted, please double check everything before you check out, MAKE SURE ITS CORRECT.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
All sales on our website are final sales, being a small company, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time unless something is damaged or our fault. If you receive a damaged good or the wrong item or size from us, feel free to email us and we will take care of it. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item you can find in our size chart or feel free to ask us via email. Do not send back the items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval code to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@grafxteez.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
